How paying works
Payments are taken by Stripe; Hydra never sees your card details. The plan renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, open Settings, then Account & privacy, and choose Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
The usage allowance
Each AI answer has a real cost to Hydra. The plan includes a monthly allowance of use on Hydra's models; if you reach it, you can carry on with your own API keys until the next month starts. Settings, under Usage, shows what you have used.
How the price compares
Hydra Plus is £13.99 a month. ChatGPT Plus is £20 a month in the UK, and Claude Pro is $20 a month plus VAT (about £19.50 to £21), so Hydra Plus costs less than either. The plans include different things and have different usage limits, so compare those too. ChatGPT and Claude also have free plans, and OpenAI's ChatGPT Go costs less than Hydra Plus.
